    Our client is looking for a Change Management Project Specialist to support the planning and execution of change management strategies and activities across multiple large-scale IM&T projects.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Delivery, the CMP Specialist will work with Project/Program Managers to incorporate change management activities into the overarching project plans, focusing on the people side of the key projects.

    Working as a collaborative and agile team member, the CMP Specialist will have the ability to multitask and stay organized.

    Work closely with project teams to help lead the change management work stream, including:
    Training
    Identifying end users and core functionality/uses of projects
    Collaborate with training team to generate training plans, resources and assist with any training deliverables
    Deliver ongoing communications with sponsorship, project team, subject matter experts and end users through life of projects
    Solicit employee feedback via surveys, meetings, emails, etc.
    Prepare change management strategies to maximize efficiency of project teams
    Consult with members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance

    Manage relationships and provide feedback to project team in order to monitor and assess the impact of change on employees.

    Manage invested parties and executive sponsors expectations
    Manage change management issues and escalate to senior management where necessary
    Create and manage change management documentation including, but not limited to, risk and readiness Assessments.
    Minimum 3-5 years of successfully executing change management as a Change Management Specialist or Practitioner or equivalent
    A recognized degree or certificate in Change Management.

    Experience in creating change management plans, risk assessments, communication planning, tracking and management of change management progress, tracking issues, and managing training.

    Deals comfortably with senior management and can present and converse with people in positions of authority.
    Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
    Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors.
    Must have an adaptable change management style to overcome unexpected challenges during the project.
    Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment
