Be our next **Mechanical/Electrical Building Systems Assessor

Your work environment at EXP**In this role, you will join the Mechanical group, based in our
Brampton, ON office reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Performing Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and Capital Planning Services.
Preparation of reports related to the Mechanical and Electrical systems within facilities. Review and prepare reports and repair/replacement cost estimates.

What your experience looks like

College diploma, EIT or University graduate in suitable related program with mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
Exposure to mechanical/electrical equipment for building services including: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, boiler plants, chiller plants, heating systems, generators, specialized air conditioning systems could also be an asset.
Experience working for an Ontario based consulting engineering firm is preferred.
Strong communication skills written and oral.
A valid driver's licence with own vehicle and travel throughout Southern Ontario is required.
Experience dealing with various clients and fostering a positive relationship.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
