- Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality.
- Operate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer.
- Support plant continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec)
- Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsets.
- Understand and apply our health and safety policies and regulations
- Are comfortable operating machinery and standing/walking for long periods.
- Have a positive attitude, lead by example, and are respectful towards your team members.

As the Machine Operator Trainee, you will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products in our Edmonton, AB facility.
Key Interactions: You will report directly to the Production Manager in Edmonton and will be a key member of the Metrie Edmonton Manufacturing team.
