Purpose of the position

The Panorama residence is currently looking for of a full-time daytime maintenance person, they will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. Full-time day position, every other weekend. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Maintain and clean the premises

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Clear and salt the entrances

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

The ideal person has :

Required qualifications :

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
