Job description
I am looking for a technically competent freelancer to set up a simple, stable Clawbot (OpenClaw) deployment for salon business.
This is a basic but properly secured installation, not a complex multi-agent system.The goal is to deploy a single Salon Bot that answers customer FAQ automatically via WhatsApp 24/7.
Scope of Work
- VPS Installation (Ubuntu)
Ensure basic security setup:
SSH key authentication
Basic firewall configuration
Fail2ban or equivalent basic protection
Health check must pass
Provide configuration backup
Provide brief documentation for:
Restarting service
Basic troubleshooting
Cost-efficient model selection is required (to keep token usage low).
- Single Agent – Salon Bot
Bot requirements:
Connected to salon business WhatsApp number
Owner must still be able to use the number normally
Handles:
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Basic customer inquiries
Appointment-related questions
- Owner Control Feature
Bot must update its behavior via SOUL.MD (or structured configuration file)
Bot should respond consistently based on updated instructions
Deliverables
Fully working Salon FAQ bot
Stable WhatsApp integration
VPS secured and documented
Config backup provided
Short setup documentation (PDF or Markdown)
Clear explanation of how to edit FAQ / SOUL.MD
Timeline
Expected completion: 3–5 days
Ideal Freelancer
Experienced with Clawbot / OpenClaw
Strong VPS (Ubuntu) experience
Familiar with WhatsApp API integration
Understands LLM cost optimization
Can deliver clean documentation
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
