We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to work at our Northway Ford Lincoln Dealership in Brantford, ON


The Receptionist's role is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, to deliver prompt and courteous service and demonstrate the utmost professionalism as the front-line staff within the dealership.


What we are seeking in YOU:

  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in a retail setting
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
  • Solid organization and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be able to work weekends and evenings
  • Familiarity in answering a multitelephone line system
  • Must have a valid Ontario G class driver's license

What YOU will be doing:


  • Filing and sorting of invoices for Parts and Service as required on a daily basis
  • Preparation of key tags and windshield stickers, maintenance of Key Logix system i.e. programming incoming keys, collecting and deprogramming delivered key pegs
  • Preparation of vehicle dockets for the sales department to be filed in designated area
  • Assist the accounting department in any duties assigned to you from timetotime
  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate log book recording all transactions with couriers when forwarding documents
  • Maintain plate log, along with reporting it daily/nightly
  • Posting of gas receipts
  • Prepping deal folders for sales department
  • Stocking new and used vehicles
  • Assist with sales department when needed, including greeting customers
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duties as assigned
