Pay Range

Livingstone Landscaping provided pay range: CA$17.00/hr - CA$21.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Conquer snow and ice using shovels, scrapers, snow blowers & backpack blowers
• Start shifts as early as 4:00 a.m.—yes, even when it's snowing sideways
• Shovel like a pro: around garages, doorways, and edges with precision
• Fuel up, check vehicles, and complete pre/post trip inspections
• Communicate clearly via two-way radio and paperwork
• Keep equipment and trucks in tip-top shape
• Work solo or as part of a snow-slaying squad

Crew Lead Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution on site
• Monitor safety and quality standards on site
• Serve as the go-to communicator between the team and management

Qualifications

• Physically fit and ready to hustle in all weather
• Valid Class 5F Driver's License
• Solid understanding of snow equipment and safety practices
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Able to report to site on time—public transit won't cut it
