    We are currently looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.

    Our Financial Planning & Analysis team is focused on driving stakeholder and shareholder value by developing the operating and financial plans required to achieve our company goals.

    You will help our business grow, help our customers succeed, and continuously improve the way we operate.

    We are looking for a driven and curious Financial Data Analyst who takes numbers seriously, thrives in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment, and someone who lives and breathes our values.

    As a Data Analyst, you will be diving deep into numbers and uncovering insights that contribute to informed decision-making processes.

    This role will be primarily supporting the FP&A team with operational and financial reporting and analysis, data reconciliation and validation, and strategic decision support as required.

    Gather data from various sources to support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, and provide key analytics, analyses, and summaries as required.

    Deeply analyze data to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and growth.
    Develop and update financial models with actuals, conduct variance analysis, and find and communicate insights.
    Ensure we have strong data cleanliness and source of truth reporting.
    Work closely with Accounting to ensure all financial information is accurate.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting);
    Have 1+ years of Financial Planning, Accounting or Business Analyst experience;
    Be passionate about effective and intuitive data visualization;
    Be deeply data-driven, analytical, and curious;
    Be passionate about building data-driven organizations and having an impact on the business.

    $The expected salary range* for this role is $60,100 to $81,300 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. *The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio.
