Service Coordinator/Scheduler for our
Victoria, BC branch

Nature & Scope

Scheduling technicians and fitters for prescheduled inspections, deficiency repairs and/or service work
Scheduling technicians and fitters for emergency service calls/repairs as requests arise
Coordinating with preferred subcontractors
Organizing lift rentals for job requirements and hotel bookings for outoftown work.
Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Create and process purchase orders as required
Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
Field request from customers for service calls
Contact customers to prearrange services
Assist in all administrative tasks associated with the daytoday operation of the branch

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
Experience in dispatching and scheduling/coordinating service personnel is an asset
Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities
Strong organizational and multi

- tasking skills required

Good Customer Service skills
2 year diploma in Office Administration/Business program
or equivalent work experience preferred
Industry experience preferred
