O Innovation is looking for a new team member as a _Drafter _who will work in collaboration with the engineer and technician team.
His main responsibility will be to produce drawings for th
e fabrication of water treatment equipment and systems.

CONDITIONS

DAY TO DAY
Reporting to the Drafting Team Manager, the Drafter will be responsible for;

Create 3D models and general arrangement drawings (ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, sand filters ) as per industry standards;
Standardization of drawings (Production drawings and Layout);
Development of drafting tools to increase efficiency;
Implementation, administration and maintenance of parts and components database;
Setup programming link between costing tools and drawing tools;
Create frame drawings for internal and external fabrication:
Create cut lists for frame fabrication:
Create spool drawings for internal and external fabrication:
Create manufacturing fabrication/assembly drawings:
Create bill of materials for ordering components.

SKILLS

Technical Degree in mechanical drafting;
3 or more years in a technical discipline;
Proficient with AutoCAD Inventor, MS Excel and MS Word;
Ability to produce 3 dimensional assemblies and parts;
Membrane, media and waste water experience is an asset;
Team player;
Ability to work on multiple assignments and take direction from multiple engineers.
