Description

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as conference rooms, corridors and pantry areas
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms and pantry areas, including but not limited to toilets, sinks, mirrors, microwave and refrigerator
  • Empty, clean and replace garbage bins and ensure proper waste disposal
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of office equipment and cleaning supplies, reorder and restock supplies when needed
  • Report any maintenance or repairment needs to the supervisor
  • Maintain and repair of office equipment, such as replacing light bulbs and repairing minor damages as directed
  • Support the arrangement and coordination of company events and activities
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees as needed
  • Respond to other cleaning duties as requested

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year experience as an office assistant or in a similar cleaning role, including experience in office maintenance and repair work.
  • Sound knowledge of different detergents, procedures, tools and techniques for office cleaning and repairment work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
  • Dependability and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Preparedness to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner
  • Valid full G driver's license is an asset
  • WHMIS or health and safety training is an asset
  • Flexibility to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
