Description
Five years experience of residential renovations and construction is required

  • Completion of work orders containing general carpentry tasks such as framing, window & door installation, insulation, drywall, interior door and trim, painting, flooring, tile work and general repairs
  • Clean up after completion of job site
  • Can read and interpret construction drawings
  • Comply with heath and safety standards and practices
  • Fall arrest WHIMS and other relevant certifications in Ontario would be an asset.
  • Working within timelines while adhering to quality standards
Wages Competitive pay in relation to work experience and education/certifications obtained. Potential for bonus based on performance, meeting deadlines and client satisfaction.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Freelance


Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
