Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our facilities.

Your primary goal will be to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and lead a team of sales associates to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.

Salary is commensurate with experience.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and inquiries
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and market competition

Skills:

• Proven experience management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in cashiering procedures and pointofsale (POS) systems
• Experience in training and development of sales associates
• Knowledge of budgeting and pricing strategies
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and securely
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
