Job Overview:
As a CNC Operator at Fine Art Canada, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate fabrication of custom cabinet components using CNC machinery.
You will work closely with our design and production teams to translate technical drawings into high-quality finished products, contributing to the seamless execution of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and mill cabinet components according to design specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and programming instructions to accurately produce parts with tight tolerances.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control and make adjustments as necessary to maintain precision and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machinery in optimal working condition.
- Load and unload heavy material into the machine
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role, preferably in a woodworking or cabinetry manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and understanding machining processes.
- Proficiency in CAD and cabinet software is a plus (We use vCarve Pro, eCabinets Systems & PanelMetrix)
- Ability to lift heavy weight 50lbs+

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
