With three locations in the Greater Toronto Area here in Ontario, Canada we have been manufacturing high-end kitchen cabinets for over 50 years and our innovative, superbly designed products have placed us at the forefront of the North American cabinetry industry.

Our primary focus is customer and employee satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area


Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Maintains an exceptional level of customer service direct to homeowner
  • Manages all retail and service installers on appointed sites
  • Available outside normal business hours in order to address any challenges, helping to avoid errors and to ensure deadlines are met
  • Works closely with all trades
  • Ensures sites are ready to receive cabinets, offers support in logistics and on site when deliveries are made to help ensure parts are delivered in the right areas
  • Orders any service parts in a timely fashion and ensures services are completed
  • Obtains completion certificates
  • Participates at site meetings, and install meetings at the manufacturing plant or any other meetings as required
  • Supports sales staff and production team
  • Able to work across the GTA on multiple sites
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years' experience in cabinetry industry
  • Min 3 years' experience leading and coordinating installations
  • Extensive experience installing cabinetry and components, and supervision of installers is preferred
  • Experience as a Cabinet Maker an asset
  • Great organization skills, great team player who takes initiative
  • Compensation is based on qualifications and experience
