    About This Role

    As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to perform assessments, develop and implement care plans. The role requires operating within the full scope of practice according to BCCNM standards and agency policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • A comprehensive assessment of patients' physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs is performed.
    • Patient involvement in health care decisions is promoted through information sharing and support.
    • Nursing care is provided based on identified policies and procedures.
    • Care planning meetings are attended for individualized plan development including patient/resident family input.
