We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our team. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automated systems and equipment.Your expertise in CNC, mechanical knowledge, and electrical skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
'''Duties'''- Install, troubleshoot, and repair automated systems and equipment
- Fabricate and assemble mechanical components
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Test and calibrate automated systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Experience with industrial electrical systems, including low voltage wiring
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Familiarity with logic controllers and automation software
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer serviceoriented mindset

From $33.00 per hour
