Project Manager
Blend Projects Inc is a modern prefab design/build company. We are committed to building innovative, healthy and high quality homes. We are looking for a Project Manager to help us continue to grow and expand.

Responsibilities

Work with internal teams to ensure that projects are on time and within budget.

Manage the permitting process in collaboration with our design team
Manage consultants, and subcontractors for the duration of the assigned project
Manage the budget and schedule for each assigned project
Lead our inhouse filed team through manufacturing and construction of each assigned project
Client communication and expectation setting throughout the project
Oversee code compliance, quality control, and execution of our homes
Organize project folders, documentation and specs for all projects
Work with our in house accounting team to produce project invoices
Manage all resources required to complete each project

Skills & Qualifications

6+ years experience in a construction management role (project manager or similar role)
Strong computer skills (MS Word & Excel). Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong organizational skills ). Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is essential; ability to prioritize is a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure under direction. In the field construction experience is preferred.

Salary:
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
