About the Job:

The Bookkeeper will report to the CFO

Skills and Experience

Minimum of five years of experience as a bookkeeper

- responsible for full cycle

Selfstarter who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management
Effective problemsolving skills
Able to work with mínimal supervision
Work well with variety of personalities
Maintain a positive attitude
Master the Microsoft Office Suites and Google Suite
Knowledge of QuickBooks online accounting system
Innovative thinker, problem solver

Responsibilities

Full cycle bookkeeping for Activation Products Canada, US, Australia and United Kingdom
Understanding of bookkeeping rules and regulations
Key in sales and expense transactions
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices
Implement job aids for bookkeeping
Monthly Bank and account reconciliations as required
Prepare intercompany transfer and chargeback invoices
Loan balance tracking

Month-end inventory adjustment

Monthly revenue and expense reconciliations
Maintain asset register and monthly amortization
Prepare monthend, quarterend and yearend variance analysisPerform other duties as required

Job Types:

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
