• Execute takeoffs of production documents.
• Submitting the proper measurements and tenders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, consultants, and clients.
• Preparing estimates for assigned jobs.
• Preparing and following up on quotations and tenders.
• Assist with daily production operations as required.
• Assisting Service with preparing prices for extras or credits.
• Stay informed of all new materials and techniques by attending material manufacturers' trade shows, seminars, etc.
• Attending pretender site meetings to prepare an accurate estimate.
• Other duties as required for the successful completion of each project.

• Must be able to complete takeoffs from structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of various roofing systems: BUR, waterproofing, modbit, singleply.
• 47 years of proven experience in commercial roofing and waterproofing estimating.
• G license with a clean record.
• Blueprint proficiency and a solid understanding of contract documents.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Excellent customer relations, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Estimating certificates would be considered an asset.
