Hi

We are looking to hire a part-time cook for the position of garde-manger. We are a small crew operating in an open kitchen. We make updated version of familiar classics served as small plates. We have an ever-changing menu of seasonal, locally produced food. We are mostly a restaurant but also host many types of private events. There is tremendous opportunity to learn and be creative. Perfect first job for anyone starting out in the culinary field.

The job is part-time for now which may transition into a full-time job by summer. The hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm until 10 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays and also close for staff vacations 2 weeks per year. 1 week in July and 1 week over Christmas. Pay is hourly + tip out.
