Analytics and Insights Summer Associate, Consumer Health
Reporting to the Category Strategy & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the BI and Systems Manager/Data Analyst in any activities related to data preparation and generation of category/brand/account specific analytics using various tools such as: Tableau Dashboards, Nielsen/IQVIA consumption data, Trade performance management (TPM Exceedra) account promotional activities.

What you will do:
- Support the launch of demand planning (OMP) tool by participating in data preparation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of data flowing between various tools trade promotion management tool (TPM Exceedra), AI machine forecasting tool (VIPER) and Demand Planning Shipments forecast Tool (OMP)
- Various activities include data cleansing and support with annual Net Revenue Management analysis project (pricing and promo analysis)
- Responsible for data mining and data analysis of store flyer activities for Bayer and competitive brands (with Numerator tool)
- Colead price updates reporting (some days required in the field) including coordination of instore price collection with consumer health team colleagues, tracking, and analysis on price impact findings for share out. Help conclude brand/category impact results from any price changes in the market
- Ad hoc category & brand case studies to be assigned as required
Who you are:
- University Student in 2nd year or above with the following disciplines: Business, Engineering, Computer Science
- Strong analytical skills, high ability in process thinking
- Attention to detail, results orientated, full ownership of highquality output
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Working interactively cross divisionally with a 'one team' mindset
- Asks the WHY, clarifies understanding of requirements
- Proactive, bias for action with high sense of urgency and persistent follow up
- Enhanced knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access), Windows 10
- Prior knowledge of working in Tableau and has transportation for field visits is an asset
