Minimum of 2 years' experience in the capacity of Prep Cook (or First Cook)- Safe Food Handling certificate required
- Possess knowledge in food preparation, presentation, techniques and quality standards
- Ability to plan and organize

- High energy, outgoing personality with a strong professional interpersonal communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented
