Description

Responsibilities:

Hiring and training staff
Managing schedules
Following payroll budgets
Managing inventory & monitoring trends
Maintaining quality of food, drinks and service
Payroll responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including the dining room, bar, and reception.
Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff in proper service techniques.
Manage and schedule front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
Leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
Experience in conducting interviews and hiring front of house staff.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
Bartending experience is a plus.
