Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each vehicle.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to prospective buyers.
Assist customers in selecting and customizing their vehicles, including options, accessories, and financing options.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing deals effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings to deliver informed recommendations to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Uphold our dealership's reputation for exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for cars.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
Able to work Saturdays
A valid driver's license
