    Administrative Assistant
    InSync Systems is a boutique IT Staffing and Professional Services firm that works closely with small to large corporate clients to bring them IT solutions specific to their business needs, whether it is expert contract personnel, formal augmentation outsourcing or assisting in strengthening their own IT departments with the best people in the industry.

    We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator to join our team. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

    The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and an impeccable attention to detail. The candidate should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
    This is an important supporting role to InSync personnel where you would perform a variety of administrative tasks. It is an internal-facing and also external-facing role, so you can't be shy

    Candidates need to have a range of interpersonal skills, technical skills, and organizational abilities to perform their duties efficiently, share accurate information and help our team meet goals in a timely manner. Some of the key skills required for this role include:
