Description

Accountabilities:

Receiving Food and Beverage supplier deliveries according to our rigorous receiving policy
Arriving early to meet delivery trucks scheduled according to operational needs
Keep an accurate accounting of all products transferred to the various outlets and complete the necessary spreadsheet for tracking purposes, completed weekly
Delivery of food and beverage products to various outlets using the Company Catering van.
Assist with monthly inventory process by counting products in the warehouse and reporting to the immediate supervisor
Recycling / Garbage pickup daily
Assisting with Offsite catering functions (delivery, set up and clean up)
Ongoing preventative maintenance of Food and Beverage Catering van. Including regular weekly cleaning, daily vehicle maintenance paperwork and any other duties as determined by Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor
Daily Logs of the F&B truck include a safety check of all fluid levels, driving lights, wipers, tire pressure etc. Body damage is checked daily
Must be able to prioritize quickly and respond to internal and external customer needs efficiently
Ensuring the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition
Maintain empty keg inventory and keep area clean and organized
Other duties as assigned
Food Safe certificate
Valid driver's license
Clean driver abstract
High school completion

Basic computer skills

Excel and Word
Good written and verbal skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
WHMIS training an asset
CSA approved safety toed boots
Is physically capable of working in a fastpaced environment and safely lifting heavy loads of around 20kg
Is physically capable of working on their feet for prolonged periods
Is selfdisciplined and motivated
Selfstarts on tasks and can respond to varying business volumes as they relate to impacts on the position
