• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and fulfill orders
• Stay updated on current baking trends and techniques

• Previous experience as a baker in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust measurements as needed
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
