    As part of our strategic growth, we are launching a new regional operation and are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to drive this expansion. The Regional Business Director will own the growth of Rizon's chemicals business in a new, highly potential region. This individual will be responsible for developing the regional strategy, acquiring new customers, managing field operations, hiring and training a high-performance team, and owning full P&L responsibilities.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Regional Growth & Strategy
    • Lead all aspects of regional market entry, including customer targeting, sales execution, and operational excellence.
    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with refinery and industrial clients.
    • Represent the Rizon brand and value proposition in customer meetings, trade events, and strategic partnerships.
    • Operations & Execution
    • Direct safe, efficient, and effective execution of chemical services across refinery and industrial environments.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
    • Collaborate with technical and portfolio strategy teams to align products with customer performance goals.
    • Hire, train, and develop a team of technical field personnel, business development, account managers, and operational support staff.
    • Provide mentorship, performance management, and career development guidance.
    • Instill a culture of safety, pursuing excellence, and customer focus.
    • P&L and Financial Management
    • Own end-to-end regional P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin performance. Track financial and operational KPIs and adjust regional strategies accordingly.
    • Report performance to senior leadership and contribute to corporate planning and investment decisions.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

    • 8+ years of experience in additives, industrial services, or process industries.
    • Strong operations background with experience working inside refineries or petrochemical plants.
    • 3+ years of regional or business unit leadership with people leadership and P&L responsibility.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow a business, lead teams, and manage technical operational excellence.
    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

    Preferred:

    • MBA or relevant business education.
    • Previous experience launching a new regional operation or business line.
    • Established network within refinery or downstream sectors.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

    • Approximately 50% (within assigned region), including time at company offices and client sites.
