WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Defining and leading digital transformations at a strategic level
  • Working with clients to determine where they need to go and how to get there
  • Leading a delivery team consisting of developers, QA, and designers
  • Working with clients as they are immersed with our teams, learning agile XP with lean methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3+ years as a Product Manager and previous consultative experience in client facing roles.
  • Be able to effectively convey product requirements, strategy, and vision to crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree in a relevant field is an asset.
  • Have a good understanding of financial implications, market positioning, competitive landscape, and revenue potential when making product decisions.
  • Proficiency with at least one agile methodology e.g. XP and/or Scrum.
  • Strong proficiency with the project management tool ClickUp.
  • Experienced in leading a balanced product development team of engineers & designers.
  • Selfmotivated to take initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Have a usercentric mindset throughout the product development process.
  • Consistently uptodate with the latest tech trends and best practices.
  • Can wear many different hats and collaborate well with UX Designers, Engineers, Sales, and everyone in our Tribe.
  • Help guide product decisions through user testing and iterative feedback loops.
  • Open to new tools and methodologies, yet opinionated about best practices.
  • Very strong internal and clientfacing communication skills and know how to influence without authority.
