Responsibilities:

• Operates SCM Morbidelli CX220 to create or cut quality custom parts according to specifications and dimensions.
• Troubleshoots the machine as required, including tooling
• Organizes the work area and performs daily maintenance on equipment
• Analyze drawings, blue prints and manuals to determine the measurement
• Document measurement of products for accuracy of equipment
• Being able to follow the production schedule and meet deadlines
• Other duties might be assigned

Qualifications:

• CNC Machinist certification is preferred
• 12 years previous manufacturing experience
• Previous experience in Maestro and AlphaCAM
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of measurements and blueprints
