Description

The primary focus will be to help make sales target a reality by coordinating activities related to the company's sales and by giving support to sales directors and pro team.

The coordinator will ensure proper support and communication between the sales, operation, customer service and marketing teams. The person will be a bridge between sales and the other functions to achieve success through improved Customer Experience.


Responsibilities

SUPPORT FOR SALES LEADERSHIP:

  • Assist the sales team with customer initiatives by providing them with tools and support they need to effectively promote the company's products
  • Assist in presentation build and gathering the information needed.
  • Manage, send status updates and delivery confirmation to the requestors of the project
  • Coordinate displays needs including new stores, rollouts and literature

ASSIST CUSTOMER CARE:

  • Assist Customer Care in driving solutions on escalated order issues

PRODUCT CONTENT and ORDER MANAGEMENT:

  • Maintain / Manage critical online data between ABG US Retail and key customers Including but not limited to: Purchase Order management, Inventory level management, and Order Leadtime
  • Input/refresh data in customer systems for program items
  • Attend required webinars
  • Conduct required customer portal maintenance
  • Ensure price changes are properly reflected in customers' product data management systems
  • Provide website product information / item setup sheets to new customers in alignment with internal teams
  • Assist US Retail & MRO Sales Operations Manager to provide inhouse administration for retail & MRO accounts
  • Assist with channel's ProQuote team for RFQ and RFI processing

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 36
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • 12 years of Marketing experience would be an asset
