  • Triglobal Solutions Group Inc. is seeking one (1) Administrative Assistant to join our talented Service Delivery team at Ministry of Justice (Government of Alberta) to provide administrative support to assist various branches in the division in every day administrative tasks.
  • NOTES ON LOCATION: Resource will be required to work in the office full time.
Standard Hours of work are 08:1- 16:30 Alberta time. Office is located at St NW, Edmonton, AB._

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Temporary administrative support to assist various branches in the division in every day administrative tasks. Focus is on ARTS, 1GX, Concur systems. The role will be supporting either Executive Directors or Assistant Deputy Minister with administrative support. May include meeting preparation, calendar management, maintaining organizational tracking systems, supply purchasing, surplusage and file management.


DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing various administrative activities.

Duties will include the following but are not limited to:

  • Proofing and formatting word documents.


  • Pay invoices.

  • Assign and return accounts receivable.
  • Record tracking in Excel.
  • Order supplies.
  • Create documents and memos as required.
  • Organize events, coordinate Lync meetings and book rooms as required.
  • Copy, scan, fax, file and perform records management of physical and digital documents.
  • Process and review expenses.
  • Act as a point of contact for any clients.
  • Take meeting minutes.

MANDATORY SKILLS

  • High school diploma
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) (3+ years)
  • Experience in related administrative support role (2+ years)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a role that requires exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) (1+ years)
  • Must possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be detailoriented (3+ years)

DESIRABLE / NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Post secondary education in administration (1+ years)
  • Previous government experience (1+ years)
  • The proposed resource should have demonstrated experience with IMAGIS (0.5 years)
  • The proposed resource should have demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft (0.5 years)
  • The proposed resource should have demonstrated experience with ARTS (0.5 years)
