Site Supervisor - Edmonton, Canada - PK Developments

Description

PK Development, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years experience. This position is based in Edmonton, AB and involves working on a large Multifamily project.


Responsibilities:

Manage trades, employees and perform the duties necessary to efficiently and effectively construct structures as assigned by the senior management team.

Scheduling and Coordination:
Effectively schedule and coordinate trades, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Task Organization:
Organize and assign daily tasks to the team members, including helpers, ensuring productivity and efficient utilization of resources.

Safety Management:

Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.

Provide guidance and support in maintaining a safe working environment for the team.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with a team of 3-4 individuals, reporting to the Project Manager. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of Site Supervisor experience in construction projects.
• Fall protection, and CPR tickets are advantageous but not required.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
• Valid driver's license.
