We are currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact in the community.


Job Description:


As a Sales Representative at Guided Giving, you will play a crucial role in promoting donations for our organization through direct interactions with potential donors in residential areas.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in boosting morale and fostering a positive atmosphere, both in the workplace and during day-to-day field activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Present and advocate for Guided Giving's mission and initiatives to potential donors.
  • Engage effectively with prospects to convey the importance of supporting charitable causes.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to secure donations and contributions.
  • Build rapport and foster positive relationships with potential donors.
  • Address objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately process donations and maintain detailed records of donor interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a customerfacing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow professionally.
  • Energetic team player with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Known for boosting morale and fostering positivity in the workplace and field.
  • Ability to thrive in and contribute to a culture of positivity and high morale.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn various fundraising strategies.
  • Valid driving license.

Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, Sunday as needed


Supplemental Pay Types:
Commission


Experience:
Sales - 1 year


License/Certification:
Driving License (required)


Pay:
Up to $3,000.00 per week
