Major Responsibilities:

Work closely with Producers to manage Commercial Lines portfolio including answering client queries and communicating with Insurance companies
Organize, navigate, and update client files in Broker Management System (Applied Epic)
Process and transact new business, endorsements, and renewals.
Issue Certificates of Insurance, auto liability slips, and binders in a timely manner
Manage the administration of third party premium finance contracts
Identify and act on Cross/Up Selling opportunities
Send New Business submissions to Market

Attributes of Commercial Lines Insurance Service Broker:

RIBO Licence required with minimum 3 years commercial insurance experience
Exceptional customer service skills, including excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Overachieving attitude and work ethic
Ability to multitask conflicting priorities and stay accountable to agreed upon deadlines
Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, coworkers, and clients
Proficient with Broker Management Systems and MS Office Products (Applied Epic experience would be an asset)
Other Industry designations (such as CAIB, CIP, CRM) would be considered an asset

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
