Department Overview
The North American Marketing Strategic Delivery & Enablement Team is charged to provide centralized management for Change Management, Agility and Learning, Copy/Content Review and Contests, Business Management, Business Continuity, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Crisis Management
Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the strategic direction of MCX's Business Premises and Operations Team including, facilities management and business management controls, across multiple physical locations
- Ensure MCX business operations comply with internal/external requirements including financial controls, transaction approvals, physical control of assets
- Manage ongoing relationships and coordinate support from key business partners to ensure effective execution of deliverables (e.g. Corporate Real Estate, Ricoh Services, BCM team, ITS, HR, Finance)
- Provide operational, oversight and reporting support for critical MCX functions (BCM planning, on/offboard management)
- Oversee and support MCX concierges in management of Marketing Operations inbox by reviewing, categorizing and responding to inquiries within standard SLA
- Provide oversight for key MCX EA functions including leading and coordinating monthly Org Chart & FTE forecast processes
- Support key business operations activities (e.g. pass card reactivation, assignments/ assessment of onsite needs/requirements
- Manage administrative operation activities (e.g. review/payment of monthly invoices for regular vendor services)
- Support NA Marketing leadership team in strategy and planning activities, to drive the group's objectives and coordinate communications activities for key stakeholders
- Work closely with EA in daily/weekly prioritization of deliverables and commitments
Job Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in the Financial Industry
- Highly motivated selfstarter with a passion for challenging the status quo and the ability to stay resilient under pressure; Demonstrated ability to take independent action to achieve results
- Strong interpersonal and Relationship building and Management;
- Superior Business Analysis; Requirements Gathering skills
- Strong business acumen: Ability to start at a high level and go deep to understand business problems
- Project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams and documenting business requirements
- Manage multiple sometimes complex projects through planning, design, organizing and executing continuous improvement projects from conceptual
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to deliver results within tight timelines and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Consistently demonstrates ownership and commitment
- Promote positive and inclusive team environment and bring a high level of enthusiasm to the team
- Previous experience working on end to end project delivery is an asset
