Roti Xpress is a leading food wholesaling company based in Brampton, specializing in high-quality rotis. We proudly serve a wide range of clients including restaurants, catering businesses, and tiffin service providers, delivering consistent quality and reliable service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for driven sales professionals to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

Job Summary

Roti Xpress is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team on a high-commission basis. This role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, confident in outreach, and thrive in outside sales environments.

Your day-to-day will focus heavily on prospecting, cold calling, and visiting potential clients in person—including restaurants, catering companies, and tiffin service providers. You will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships, closing deals, and managing a portfolio of clients for long-term revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new clients daily through cold calls, walk-ins, and networking
  • Visit potential clients in person to introduce Roti Xpress products and services
  • Identify and secure new business from restaurants, catering companies, and tiffin services
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations and confidently close deals
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through regular follow-ups and relationship building
  • Upsell products and services to increase account value
  • Handle invoicing, track payments, and manage outstanding balances
  • Maintain organized records of all sales activities and client communications
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based roles
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and in-person client visits
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a performance-driven role
  • Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
  • Familiarity with invoicing and payment tracking is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
