As a Studio Manager at Royal Muse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our studios and providing exceptional support to our students and instructors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and optimizing studio schedules, including class and rehearsal bookings, to maximize studio utilization.
Coordinating with instructors, staff, and students to ensure seamless execution of classes and rehearsals.
Maintaining meticulous studio cleanliness and organization, including managing equipment and supplies inventory.
Handling student and parent inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborating closely with the management team to develop and implement effective studio policies and procedures.
Managing studio budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Assisting with event planning and coordination, including performances and showcases.

Requirements:

Proven experience in studio management or a related field within the performing arts industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Keen attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with instructors, staff, students, and parents.
Proficiency in studio management software and tools.
Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
Language requirement: Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
