As a Studio Manager at Royal Muse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our studios and providing exceptional support to our students and instructors.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimizing studio schedules, including class and rehearsal bookings, to maximize studio utilization.
  • Coordinating with instructors, staff, and students to ensure seamless execution of classes and rehearsals.
  • Maintaining meticulous studio cleanliness and organization, including managing equipment and supplies inventory.
  • Handling student and parent inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborating closely with the management team to develop and implement effective studio policies and procedures.
  • Managing studio budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination, including performances and showcases.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in studio management or a related field within the performing arts industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with instructors, staff, students, and parents.
  • Proficiency in studio management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
  • Language requirement: Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.

Shifts:

Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time and part-time positions. The role may require evening and weekend availability to align with the demands of studio operations.
