Heres what we need:


  • A highenergy individual with topnotch customer service skills to serve members and guests.

Heres what youre responsible for:


  • Providing exceptional member and guest experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.

Heres what youll be doing:


  • Greeting all members & guests with a smile
  • Assist with membership and retail product sales
  • Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
  • Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
  • Facilitates all member requests or forwards to a manager
  • Maintains a professional and courteous disposition
  • Knows club facility, services, and schedules
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area
  • Performs opening and closing duties

Your skills, education, and experience:


  • Business experience in a serviceoriented environment is desirable
  • On the job training is provided
  • CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire

Physical Demands:


This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
