Currently we have a Summer Contract opportunity for Billing Advisor to join BrokerLink out of our Ottawa, Ontario office.

What the role entails:

• Taking customer payment inquiry calls
• Assisting with special projects as requested
• Contribute to the team goal of 85% Service levels by meeting and/or exceeding call volume benchmarks.
• Build and maintain relationships with our insurance companies
• Attend virtual on camera meetings
• Handle activities and notices related to billing in a timely manner

The Successful candidate will have:

• Completion of High School
• Relevant customer service experience is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
