Responsibilities include:


  • Leading a team of developers or technical specialists
  • Managing expectations and requirements of clients
  • Project planning and delivering products/solutions with best practices, techniques and principles
  • Collaborating with other technical teams to deliver products/solutions
  • Providing option analysis on complex technical issues, and recommending bestfit approach to management or relevant stakeholders

Education


Successful graduation from a post-secondary educational program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or other specialization relevant to the position to be staffed.

The screening board will accept, at a minimum, graduation from a two (2) year post-secondary program.

Please be prepared to provide proof of your education (copy of degree/diploma) at any time during the hiring process.


Experience

  • Significant* experience working in an Information Technology (IT) or Information Management (IM) environment.
  • Significant* experience leading OR supporting an Information Management (IM) or Business Intelligence (BI) related project or initiative.
  • Significant* experience in providing advice and recommendations to management** on IM or BI related activities.
  • Significant experience means that you can demonstrate depth and breadth of experience normally associated with performance of the duties for a period of approximately three (3) years.
**Management is defined as an individual with decision-making authority related to the duties described.
