Description
We are currently looking to fill the position of Office/Marketing Assistant at our electronic company.


Responsibilities (not limited):


  • Handle phone calls and respond to electronic inquiries. Provide customer support/service when required.
  • Product assembling and provisioning.
  • Order processing, packaging, and arranging for courier.
  • Quality control testing.
  • Inventory count and control.
  • Other administrative clerical duties may be assigned.
  • Maintain, update, and improve listings on various online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Newegg, etc. This includes managing pricing changes, promotions, listing modifications, and monitoring sales.
  • Maintain, update, and improve social media accounts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Search for, manage, and develop global resellers, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Coordinate and follow up with business partners and contractors to achieve marketing objectives and improvements. This includes tasks like website optimization, Amazon storefront improvement, and A+ listing creation.
  • Ability to perform Keyword search, and manage Keyword positioning.
  • Create and update product documents and videos as necessary.
  • Evaluate new features and platforms, including mobile platforms, for potential integration.
  • Possess an understanding of SEO and utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart platforms are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and experience is a plus.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written skills in English, and fluent in Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Responsible, honest, and a team player who is willing to assist others.
  • Positive attitude, efficient worker, and fast learner.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Willingness to follow management instructions.

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 7 hours/day (9:30 am to 4:30pm). We are looking for a long-term employee.


Salary:
$17.00-$25.00 per hour
