About the Role:
Our organization is fast-paced, growing at a fast clip and we're looking for someone who is excited about fueling this growth with terrific talent.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the fullcycle recruitment process
- Create actionable reports and dashboards with metrics, insights and suggestions for improvement
- Manage the pipeline for job requisitions across multiple teams and functions
- Help define and execute on employment branding initiatives, including recruiting events, job fairs, media campaigns, and innovative initiatives to attract top quality talent
- Represent KEV with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity. We hire according to our values.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with 2 years of experience within a rapidgrowth and high velocity environment working on roles in multiple departments at all levels.
- You have proven experience meeting headcount forecast targets through your recruitment efforts.
- Experience in a recruitment role at a Software / SaaS company.
- Experience working at a high growth company during a time of heavy scaling.
- Experience working on a minimum of 58 open roles simultaneously.
- Experience working on a range of roles in a variety of departments: Development, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Finance, etc.
- Superior organizational skills required to juggle multiple open roles and various moving pieces of hiring processes at different stages.
