No Limits Martial Arts is expanding and we are now accepting resumes for our Part-Time Front Desk Administration Position This job will be filled very quickly, so read below to see if you will be a great fit for the Team

This position includes:

Answering incoming phone calls
Making outbound phone calls
Responding to social media messages
Creating and updating customer accounts
Modifying documents on Word and Excel or Google Drive
Tracking students, leads and trials using our CRM Software
Attending weekly staff trainings
Greeting clients at the door
Assisting the location Program Director
Help maintain the high standard of cleanliness within the facility
18 years old or older
Has a clean criminal background with Vulnerable Sector Screening
Has personal transportation
Has a positive attitude
Is comfortable using many different software systems
Is coachable and willing to learn new skills
Has a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm

Shifts & Scheduling:
Weekdays, and Weekends as needed
