YOUR ROLE:

As our NA Engineered Wood Business Development manager you will:- Join a great team and support positioning Henkel as the recognized leader in differentiated and transformative adhesives and alternative revenue solutions.
- Share (y)our expertise and scout for new collaboration opportunities.
- Develop ideation projects arising from key industry megatrends and top customer innovative building products.
- Drive concepts and execution from Business case to Go to Market launch to deliver value and achieve competitive advantage.
- Become active member of the Regional Engineered Wood community.
- Geographic territory includes NA: US, Canada.
- Minimum travelling requirement: 50%+. Occasional travel to NJ US headquarters and other states and/or countries could be required for business, trainings, and/or sales meetings.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Structural Engineer, Construction Millwright/Industrial Mechanic degree, or related technical field.
- Exhibited knowledge of construction regulatory environment (certification, building codes, etc.) is a definite plus.
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and results driven to meet specific and measurable goals and objectives.
- Highly selfmotivated, willingness to learn and creative thinking.
- Big picture and handson mentality.
- Successful track record in driving new projects, convert strategy into action.
- Outgoing, excel at networking and ability to create customer relationships based on trust.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken)
- PC proficiency
- English speaking and writing. Spanish or French a plus.
- Valid driver's license
