Who we are:

We are a NEW restaurant serving modern west coast cuisine located in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Archer invites our guests to take an immersive culinary journey through the diverse coasts and waters of the Pacific North West, where the bounty of our farmers, fisher folk, and producers are celebrated on the plate.

We are looking for Manager on Duty to help guide our guests through a one of a kind artistic culinary experience with a playful and moderne twist creating an energetic and unforgettable dining experience.


What we are looking for:


  • He/She will oversea the restaurant together with Restaurant General Manager.
  • Making sure service flow is smooth and efficient.
  • Works well under pressure, maintains a pleasant demeanour even under stress situations.
  • Be able to solve problems quickly with customers and certain problems.
  • Provide great customer service, take orders at the till and at tables.
  • Making sure service is smooth and guests are happy.
  • Know the menu inside out so that you are able to upsell.
  • Be able to work under pressure when it is busy.
  • Serve food, beverages and alcoholic beverages, so you must have your serving it right.
  • General clean up at the end of the day.

  • Knowledge of basic POS usage
  • Motivating the team
  • Bringing in new ideas for improvements
  • Well organized and efficient, attentive to detail and able to multi task
  • Must have at least 1yr experience
