_Food Production Worker_

We are a locally owned company that specializes in creating and packaging healthy lifestyle products. We have recently relocated to Chemainus BC. We believe in working hard and strive to create a work environment that concentrates on attention to detail. Our days are fast-paced with a true sense of accomplishment at the end of your shift. Our team is small but dedicated.

We are looking for an assistant to our General Manager who can work the extra hours required to complete our daily production schedule.

Your work day typically starts at 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with extra hours when required. Our work week is Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a Production Worker whose main responsibilities are: manufacture operations to produce our Natural Food and Health Products, duties will involve
:Weighing and packaging product Labeling and preparing boxes/bottles
Dish-washing Cleaning tables, work surfaces and equipment
Sweeping and mopping floors Removing garbage from containers
Assisting other members in production duties as needed Pack Orders to send to customers
Fill out required paperwork Qualifications Food Safe Level 1 would be an asset
Prior Food Handling Knowledge Work Environment Must have good computer skills and knowledge, Regularly stand, bend, lift and move during shifts
Be able to lift to 50lbs Work unsupervised We welcome all levels of experience and backgrounds, and we will train the right person.

Salary:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour
