Description

Reporting to the Cornerstone C-Store Team Leader, Responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
  • Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
  • Provide High Performance pump island service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, and perform general housekeeping duties
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location always
  • To have a good working understanding of the till operations
  • Have a good working understanding of the pumps, propane, and car wash areas and to be able to train team members on these processes
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Assist with the weekly pump maintenance schedule including environmental checklists
  • Other duties as assigned
