Duties and responsibilities
- Coordination of the entire administrative department
- Creation of new client files
- Managing the mailing and faxing for the organization
- Maintains an organized and effective filing system
- Researches archive databases to obtain necessary information
- Assists in periodic marketing tasks
- Completes administrative duties for Analysts and Senior Staff within the company
Qualifications
- Must have at minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent; college diploma would be considered an asset
- Previous administrative experience is required
- Must be profficiant with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and have general computer knowledge. Experience with Filemaker Pro would be considered an asset
- Must have proven ability to handle multiple functions at any given time
- Must be able to adapt and prioritize
- Works well within a team environment
- The successful individual would be extremely detail oriented with little need for supervision
- Comfortable working in office daily
Salary:
$38,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
