Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Coordination of the entire administrative department
  • Creation of new client files
  • Managing the mailing and faxing for the organization
  • Maintains an organized and effective filing system
  • Researches archive databases to obtain necessary information
  • Assists in periodic marketing tasks
  • Completes administrative duties for Analysts and Senior Staff within the company

Qualifications

  • Must have at minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent; college diploma would be considered an asset
  • Previous administrative experience is required
  • Must be profficiant with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and have general computer knowledge. Experience with Filemaker Pro would be considered an asset
  • Must have proven ability to handle multiple functions at any given time
  • Must be able to adapt and prioritize
  • Works well within a team environment
  • The successful individual would be extremely detail oriented with little need for supervision
  • Comfortable working in office daily

Salary:
$38,000.00 per year
